About the Event
The Physical Side of AI brings together the people financing, powering, building, operating and investing in the infrastructure behind artificial intelligence.
Communities. Real estate. Power. Capital. Compute.
During one of the biggest weeks in Los Angeles, we are creating a room where technology leaders, infrastructure developers, investors, cities, professional athletes and private capital can meet around the physical economy being created by AI.
Workforce, local opportunity, public-private partnerships and community investment
Powered buildings, industrial real estate, land, development, adaptive reuse and EPC delivery
Energy, utilities, generation, grid infrastructure and behind-the-meter solutions
Private equity, venture capital, family offices, institutional capital and athletes
AI, cloud, data centers and edge infrastructure
ONE ECOSYSTEM. ONE ROOM.
Community
The Physical Side of AI is not only about how AI infrastructure gets financed and built. It is also about what that infrastructure can do for the communities that host it.
During Super Bowl week, athletes, investors, infrastructure companies, developers, civic leaders and community organizations will come together to explore how AI infrastructure can create broader community value.
That conversation starts with three pathways: skilled-trades training and careers, youth STEAM education and mentorship, and community food systems connected to infrastructure.
By bringing community participants into the room alongside the companies financing and building infrastructure, we can explore opportunities for training, education and locally relevant projects without losing sight of the people they are intended to serve.
Athletes add a unique dimension as investors, entrepreneurs, conveners and bridges into communities, helping broaden access to the conversation.
Community opportunity starts with access: access to skills, access to technology and access to the value infrastructure creates.

Los Angeles
We are bringing the conversation about AI's physical infrastructure into a week already attracting capital, culture, sports, entertainment and global attention.
The objective is not another trade show. It is a highly curated collision of industries that increasingly depend on the same infrastructure.
